December♥Challenge

Hello again! I can't remember if I have ever been this active here, but I wanted to post my part of our Gyaru Finland December blog challenge! The topic this month was to show your everyday look and your dressed up look!

The one on the left was taken today and the one on the right is from last autumn! I wish I would've had two new pictures but I don't think I have any pictures of me being dressed up that I haven't posted here, haha ^^'

Anyways! I work in an office so it would be okay for me to look as dressed up as I want, we don't have any dress codes or such. But as I am quite a sleepy person I can't be bothered on most mornings :'D I actually decided to take a picture of myself today as a good example although it's actually not completely truthful, since today was a bit of an exception. But it's a good contrast! I didn't do my hair at all, nor did I have any make up. I also didn't wear any jewelry. Usually on work days I curl my hair a bit, put some eyebrow pencil and eyeliner and have some rings or a necklace. Clothes-wise this is pretty much what I always wear. Usually I have skinny jeans, a top and some sort of knit. Color of choice is pink and white, and I like floral pattern~ I do have regular contacts but they sometimes start itching so usually I just wear my glasses on most days. I have never had long nails since even my own nails start bugging me if I need to type on the keyboard.

On dressy days I have uncomfortable heels, wig (since I wasn't blessed with nice hair), circle lenses, more makeup than usually with some false lashes, my nicer clothes and so on. I don't have different wardrobes for normal and more fancy days, I try to mix them, but sometimes I feel my normal look is too boring for my prettiest clothes :'D I kind of would want to turn my normal look nicer as well, but at least for now I am too lazy.

I also did some shopping recently! I love snowflakes so I needed to get these earrings! I am not crazy about the black snowflakes though, I think I'll try to paint them pink or something.

Also I got all excited about nails this Sunday since Pin and Ronja both had such nice nails! I just bought these cheap ones from sale, they were actually just 3€ :'D They have their own glue but I heard such horror stories of people removing their nails that were glued on that I decided to get those nail stickers instead so I can only wear them for a day or so! Well, I couldn't find them from Helsinki so I have to order them from online! Can't wait to try them on! *3*

Japan Haul

Hello everyone! How was your Easter? I have been mostly playing on my computer, took some pictures and just relaxed talking with my friends online~

I have been asked to post what I bought on my vacation in Japan, so I took some pictures! I didn't take pictures of jewelry and the random small cute things I bought, mainly because they are already scattered around my room and for some reason my camera doesn't seem to focus well enough for those, in these pictures there are some blurred edges and stuff like that as well, maybe I should buy a new one?

I'm known for taking what I think I deserve

Yesterday I got up early and went to the fleamarket~ I'll try to make a proper post about the stuff I bought, for now here's a picture of my outfit and face! In the first picture the purse and shirt are from flea market~ I love the purse sooooo much, but I don't have shoes that would match with it . _ .

I'm so in love with my wig, it's so pretty ; _ ; I just need to keep good care of it, because after yesterday it's all tangled.

Trip to Stockholm

I visited Stockholm last weekend and what can I say.... I think I'll go again in another ten years to try my luck, maybe I will not get seasick by then =_=

I received some new stuff last week! I used some of my first salary in the end of June to order some Liz Lisa stuff : ) I was a bit worried about the color of the purse since in some pictures it looked really grey, but I'm happy that it has a warm, lighter color than I imagined! I also ordered a jacket, I just haven't taken a picture of it yet!

New false lashes!

Today I received to packages of new false lashes from eBay, so I decided to try a different kind of make up with upper and bottom lashes. At first I thought I look _really_ weird, but after a while it kind of grew on me : D What do you think? I have to practice more putting them on though!

Also, could anyone recommend a good lash glue?

Cravingggg~

Yesterday morning I got a HUGE craving for almond pockys! Since I knew Tokyokan is closed on Sundays I decided to check this another asian shop that I remember Amanda mentioned in her blog: Luca. Since the website said it's open I decided to try it out!
Well, unfortunately they didn't have them at the moment. I talked with the shop clerk for a while and he said they sell out very fast! He was a very nice guy, he offered me some candy samples when I entered the shop! He also said I could leave my phone number so they will send me a sms when they get a new patch, since they should get some this week! So hopefully I'll receive a message soon! : )
Anyways, I couldn't leave withouth buying anything since the store was full of cute stuff (I wanted to buy a purse sooooo badly, but I restrained myself *_* Although I might buy it after I go back for pockys :'D) so this is what I decided to spend my money on:

Phone charm - 9,90€

 It was a bit pricey, but I just love stuff like that : D It's soooo soft and cute!! I also bought another phone charm about a week ago, here's a picture of it with my phone:

I want to get an iPhone soooo badly T_T Well at least my phone is pink, so I'm still quite happy with it, haha. Well, anyways.....

On my way home I finally decided to try a melon slushie! I loooove slushies, they're to best! I'm so happy I can find them so easily here in Helsinki <3
Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture when I bought it, so in this picture it's already half empty ^^'

At first I didn't really like the taste that much, but after a few sips it started to taste quite good! Yum yum! And it's pink, so what's not to like : D

And here's Sunday's face and outfit. I don't wear (circle)lenses at work, since I don't want to have them on my eyes over the time limit my optician recommended for me. So I can only use them on my free time. I was a bit disappointed since my eyes felt _really_ dry yesterday, so I thought it would be for the best not to put on lenses. I wanted to do something out of my ordinary look though, so I added lashes. They might look a bit heavy just on their own, but nonetheless I kind of liked how they looked~

Not sure if you can see from the picture how red my eyes were ._.

I also bought some new facestuff from the drug store. The L'oreal products I mentioned in this post didn't seem to work for me, so I decided to get a face mask and a very light moisturiser.

Neutrogena - 7,90€         Humektan - 9,50€

I have used some of Neutrogenas products before, but I didn't think they were anything special. Well, I decided to try this one and switch my moisturiser for this very basic lotion. Let's see if it helps!!
(Too tired to check for typos, hopefully it's not full of them =_=' Next up will probably be hair-related post!!)

Summer Purchases

So, here's the stuff I bought recently! I couldn't find the receipts anymore so I can't remember the exact prizes, though . _ .'

Makeup pouch - ~3€

This pouch was discounted since it had the tiniest rip! Bought from Day, which is like the best place for all the home-related stuff *_*

Pearls from Glitter - 7€

Keychain from MicMac - 1€

Brown bag from Glitter -  was -50% so the final price was ~18€

Shoes from Anttila - were -40% so the final price was ~24€

I had my eyes on these shoes at the beginning of June, but since they cost more than 40€ I thought it was a bit too pricey. I'm glad I chose to wait! Now I just have to get used to walking with these :'D

My first blue circle lenses!

I received my first blue circle lenses! I have had brown and green ones before, and I saw these lenses in a sale about a week ago and decided to give them a try. They are blank though, so I have to use them with my glasses ^^'
In this picture they are quite obvious since the light coming from my window is quite bright(hence me being super pale!) so my pupils are really small. I think they blend in better if the pupil is a bit more dilated. Or not, we'll see : D

New rings~

I bought some new rings from eBay! Super cheap, I think the love-ring was the most expensive one, like almost 3€ delivery included :'D
Let's see how long these will last since they were so cheap ^^'
